Which cooking function is affected?
An oven may behave differently on fan cooking, conventional heat or grill. Describe the function in use when the problem appeared, whether the display still works and whether the issue affects one or both cavities. Do not continue testing an oven that trips the supply, sparks or shows visible damage.
Single, double and compact built-in ovens
Tell us which oven format you have and how it is fitted in the kitchen. A tall-housing double oven and an under-counter single oven have different access and lifting requirements. Include any steam or microwave combination features so the office can confirm the required expertise before offering a visit.

Note whether it is a single or double oven and whether it is built into a cabinet. Tell us about any tripping electrics; do not keep resetting the circuit.

Can you assess a grill-only fault?
You can request an assessment when one function fails while others still appear to work. Include the exact model and affected function; a diagnosis cannot be confirmed from the symptom alone.
Do you repair gas ovens?
The online oven category is for electric appliance enquiries. Gas and dual-fuel work must be discussed separately and can only proceed with appropriately qualified personnel.
