Read how UKCDA uses the contact, address and appliance details you provide for repair and installation enquiries, including booking and follow-up.
Details used to handle your request
When you submit an enquiry, UK Commercial & Domestic Appliances Ltd receives the contact details, property address, appliance information and description you provide. We use these to assess the enquiry, contact you and organise any agreed work.
The office records your enquiry in its repair management system. An assigned engineer can receive the job details needed for a visit. Notes, parts and appointment information may be added as the job progresses.
Postcode checks
If you use the coverage checker, your postcode is sent to Postcodes.io to obtain area information. Your name and other enquiry details are not included in that lookup.

This version uses essential security cookies for form protection and office sign-in. It does not include advertising or analytics tracking.
