Which appliance brands do you repair?
We take enquiries for major brands including Bosch, Samsung, LG, Hotpoint and more. The exact model, fault and parts availability are checked before an appointment is agreed.
Can you install an integrated appliance?
Yes. Request an installation for a built-in oven, dishwasher, washing machine or another listed appliance. Please include the new model, cabinet measurements and any removal requirements.
Do you have a fixed call-out price?
We do not advertise one fixed call-out price for every job. Once we have reviewed the appliance and problem, we explain the applicable charges and confirm availability before arranging a visit. Any additional work or parts are discussed before you decide.
Can every appliance be repaired?
We will do our best to help, but a repair cannot be guaranteed in advance. The available options depend on the fault, condition and parts availability. We explain the next step so you can make an informed decision.
Do you work with landlords and businesses?
Yes. Add the visit contact and any access instructions to the request. Our office can clarify authorisation and billing details with the landlord, agent or business.
