We serve every area inside the M25, all of Surrey, and every DA and RM postcode, including addresses beyond the motorway. Use the postcode checker, then our office will confirm the address and available visits.
Which appliance brands do you repair?
We take enquiries for major brands including Bosch, Samsung, LG, Hotpoint and more. The exact model, fault and parts availability are checked before an appointment is agreed.
Can you install freestanding and integrated appliances?
We take enquiries for both, depending on the appliance and fitting work required. Choose your appliance installation guide and include the new model, existing connections, available space and any removal requirements. Integrated fittings also need cabinet and furniture-door details.
Do you have a fixed call-out price?
Central London call-out £90 plus parts; other areas from £75 plus parts. The fixed call-out charge for a Central London service address is £90, with parts priced separately. Outside Central London, fixed call-out charges start from £75, depending on your appliance's make and model and whether it is freestanding, integrated or another appliance type. Our office confirms the service address and applicable amount by phone before arranging your visit. The agreed charge covers the first visit, repair labour and any return visit needed to fit parts for the same agreed repair. There is no extra labour or repeat call-out charge for that repair. Parts are priced separately and approved before fitting.
Can every appliance be repaired?
We will do our best to help, but a repair cannot be guaranteed in advance. The available options depend on the fault, condition and parts availability. We explain the next step so you can make an informed decision.
Do you work with landlords and managing agents?
Yes, for domestic appliances in homes and rental properties. Add the visit contact and any access instructions to the request. Our office can clarify authorisation and billing details with the landlord or managing agent. Commercial appliance repairs and installations are not currently available.
