Describe the fridge and freezer independently
Note what has changed in the fridge and freezer rather than calling the whole unit warm. Include any alarm and the source of a temperature reading if you have one. Describe visible ice or water without removing internal panels. A problem starting after the kitchen front was adjusted is relevant history, but it does not prove that the fitting is the sole cause.
Leave the integrated doors and appliance in place
Explain if a furniture door catches a neighbouring unit, if hinges feel different or if closure needs unusual pressure. The office also needs to know whether the appliance is tall or under-counter and whether access around the cabinet is restricted. Do not detach door runners or drag the appliance forward to find its label. Existing paperwork can be used when the reference is difficult to reach.

Copy the complete reference as printed, including any suffix. Use an accessible label or your appliance paperwork; leave built-in units, electrical covers and heavy appliances in place. If the label cannot be reached safely, explain this when you contact us.
If you are considering a replacement
Supply both model references and the cabinet measurements when considering replacement. Keeping the kitchen front does not mean its existing fittings will suit every new fridge freezer.

Should I report a furniture-door issue to the repair team?
Yes. Describe it as well as the cooling concern. The engineer needs a clear record of the installation, although cabinet or furniture repairs may require a separately agreed scope.
Can an integrated fridge freezer be replaced with any similar-size model?
No compatibility should be assumed from overall height alone. Cabinet dimensions, compartment split, door fixings and the new appliance’s installation requirements all need checking before a replacement fitting is booked.
